About Robert Hyche
Hello, my name is Robert Hyche, Jr. I am proud resident of Gwinnett County, Ga. I moved to Gwinnett County in 2009 with my wife and four children. From the beginning, my family and I fell in love with the area. I have lived, worked, played, and conducted business in Loganville, Snellville, Dacula, Suwanee, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, and Auburn.I know and understand how frustrating it can be to find the right area and to factor in the quality of the neighborhood, school systems, not to mention the right home at the right price. When I first moved to Georgia, I was fortune enough to have meet a realtor that made the process of finding the perfect home for me and my family painless. She was very knowledgeable and has helped me understand the process. At that time, I decided to purse my passion in real estate so that I can assist others to have the wonderful experience that I was provided.
I have lived in the Gwinnett County area for the last 10 years with my wife Nikita Hyche and 4 children two boys and two girls my boys are ages 25 and 20 my girls are 22 and 16. Raising kids I understand how important it is to find the right area and school system, as well as a price that is fair for both sides. Being involved in multiple real estate deals as a buyer I know how overwhelming the whole process can be. As a seller, I know how stressful it can be at setting the right starting price, setting up the home what to repair or renovate, the contract process, negotiations, and closings. I can guild you through navigating those waters.
